2. Cookies and trackers

A cookie is a small file placed on your device when visiting a website. We distinguish two categories:

• Strictly necessary cookies — essential for the site to function and to remember your consent choice. They do not require your agreement and cannot be disabled.
• Audience measurement — we use Vercel Web Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics solution. It measures traffic anonymously (page views, referrers, country, device type), without identifying you or building an advertising profile, and without sharing for commercial purposes. This tracker is enabled only if you consent via our banner.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of every page.

3. Legal basis and retention

Audience measurement is based on your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), collected through the banner and kept until withdrawn or for a maximum of 6 months, after which you are asked again.

4. Contact form

The information you enter in the contact form (name, company, email, message) is used solely to respond to your quote or enquiry. It is not sold or shared with third parties.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, email us at contact@ehsgroup.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
